ICEJ Report: The Prayer of Jabez

There is a beautiful prayer in the Bible that captures the essence of God's will for us to be an influence, and to enlarge our influence on earth, for His glory and for His Kingdom. In I Chronicles 4, Jabez asks God to enlarge his sphere of influence to be more effective in His Kingdom.

The ICEJ has prayed this prayer, and like Jabez, our prayers have been answered by heaven, allowing us to be an influence and make a difference among the people in Israel. The ICEJ's Haifa Home for Holocaust survivors is one such example of a project the Lord has given us that is not only changing lives, but impacting many Israelis with our acts of kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity.

But, we want to do more, to enlarge the work and expand the Haifa home to help more survivors in need. To do this, a further $500,000 is now needed.

You can play a part in this wonderful project with a donation of any amount and by lifting up this work in your prayers.

ICEJ Report: Holocaust Remembrance Day 2013

The ICEJ was privileged to represent Christians from around the world in remembering with Israel the six million Jewish lives taken during the Holocaust. The Executive Director, Dr. Juergen Buehler, and the International Director, Pastor Juha Ketola, laid a commemorative wreath on behalf of the ICEJ worldwide at a ceremony at Yad Vashem that included such dignitaries as US Sec. of State, John Kerry and the Prime Minister of Israel, Benyamin Netanyahu.

ICEJ Report: Remembering Israel's poor during Passover

Passover commemorates the first fruits of the harvest for the year. But, many of the needy in Israel, be they single parents, elderly, immigrants or those suffering illness or poor health, do not have the means to celebrate this wonderful feast in the dignity with which they desire.

We have an opportunity as Christians around the world to let them know we care for them. Consider giving a first fruit offering for Passover and be a part of changing lives in Israel.

ICEJ Report: Brazilian Branch Director Honored in Israel

Israel's Knesset Christian Allies Caucus recently honored the ICEJ's Brazilian Branch Director, Apostle Renê Terra Nova for the incredible support he has raised for the nation.

Not only has he turned thousands of Christians into a vocal voice standing up for Israel in Brazil, but he has brought thousands upon thousands of them to Israel to express their love and support for the Jewish people in a very personal way.

ICEJ Report: A Year of Harvest in 2013

ICEJ Executive Director sets forth the challenge Jesus gave in John 4 vs 35 to open our eyes and see the harvest before us this very year:

"Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" John 4:35

Despite the doom and gloom of the natural world, God is doing something amazing in the spiritual lives of men and women around the globe.

And He is restoring His people Israel before our very eyes, all the while inviting us to be a part of His amazing work.

The ICEJ is proud to partner with Holy Land Missions to see the Kingdom of God expanded, especially in the Muslim world.
